At Nabanno Restaurant, we strive to provide delicious food and excellent service. Since all our food is freshly prepared, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. Please review the details below:
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 5 minutes of placing them.
- Once food preparation begins, cancellations are not possible.
Replacement Policy (No Refunds)
- We do not issue cash or card refunds under any circumstances.
- If there is a genuine issue with your order (wrong item delivered, missing item, or food quality concern), we will offer a replacement of the same item or another food item of equal value.
- Replacement requests must be reported immediately upon delivery or pickup, with clear proof (such as a photo).
Non-Replacement Situations
Replacements will not be provided if:
- You provided an incorrect delivery address.
- You changed your mind after the food was prepared.
- You did not like the taste, but the food was prepared correctly according to the order.
Return Policy
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of food once it has been delivered or picked up.
